~Welcome~
Welcome to Nyx! We are a Vampire RPG based on the House of Night series. You DO NOT need to have read the books to join! We have all the info you need in the Booklet board that you need to fit in here. ^^ We recommend 150 - 200 words a post, at least one good paragraph. Fell free to join and make a bio, or at least take a look around. You can also Role play a human or Werewolf here, or, newly added, the Alato. Feel free to ask any questions and welcome to Nyx!

Hey everyone, Nyx is getting a make over due to my(Cammie) absence. I want to revamp then reopen Nyx, so expect changes and modifications. PM me if you log in, what about? I just want to know if you are going to stay a member as well as to see what characters and or threads you want to keep. Another thing is that I would like you guys to PM me with any suggestions you have. Thank you.

New Lives
Here we will post the new vampires, werewolves, or alatos. No making a bio will not get your character here. To get your character here you have to be a human that has been changed. OR A fledgling that has become a full adult.

This is a list of creatures you can pick from.

  • Vampires (or vampyres however you want to spell it)
  • Werewolves
  • Humans
  • Alatos



Below is some info for each.


Vampires
  • Can resist sunlight, but it bothers them
  • --They go to the House of Night
  • -They can Bleed
  • -They can Imprint vampires, Alatos, humans and werewolves (for more imprinting info see Rules)
  • -Have a cresent moon in the middle of their forhead
  • --Adults have beautiful tatoos starting at their mark and spiraling towards their feet in the color of their mark.
  • -Can resist cold
  • --Can hear the heart beat and pulse.
  • -May die if they don't complete the change
  • -Their Hair and Nails grow abnormaly fast.


Humans
  • -Um well what are most Humans like? lol
  • -Can be imprinted by Vamps, Werewolves and Alatos.


Werewolves
  • -Prefers the night, sulight is sensitive to the eyes
  • --They go the the House of Night
  • -They can bleed
  • -They can Imprint Werewolves, Alatos Humans and Vampires
  • -They have a full moon in the middle of their forhead & can change into a wolf.
  • --Adults have natural shaped (leaves, clouds, wind, etc.) tatoos starting at their mark and spiraling towards their feet.
  • -Can resist cold
  • --Their temperature runs higher than most
  • -May die of they don't complete the change
  • -They tend to have longer hair and thicker build.


Alato
  • -Prefers the night and the outdoors, sunlight is sensitive to the eyes and skin.
  • --They go to the House of Night
  • ---Humans see them as devil messengers
  • -They can bleed
  • They can Imprint Alatos, vampires, humans, and werewolves.
  • They have wings coming from their back and they can change into a wolf.
  • --They are basically a vampire with wings that can change into a wolf.
  • -They can't resist heat very well but do good in the cold.
  • -Are the newest species to the world
  • -Their wings can come in almost any color and the wings have to fit their body size respectivly.
  • ---Alato means Winged in Italian.
